Take Notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association - Ontario (the "Association") will take place at the University of Toronto, Mississauga Campus in Mississauga on the 2nd of May, 2018, at the hour of 8:30 a.m. for the purpose of approving the financial statements of the Corporation, to elect directors for the ensuing year, to appoint auditors for the Corporation for the ensuing year, approving all Acts of the Board and of the Officers and to deal with such other matters as may be properly presented at the meeting. You are reminded that you have a right to vote on the aforementioned matters by proxy.
