Take Notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association - Ontario (the "Association") operating as BeSpatial /urisa ontario will take place  on the

4th of May, 2021 at the hour of 8:30 a.m. 

to be held virtually

for the purpose of approving the financial statements of the Corporation, to elect directors for the ensuing year, to appoint auditors for the Corporation (pending approval of motion to dispense for Year End 2022 for the ensuing year, approving all Acts of the Board and of the Officers and to deal with such other matters as may be properly presented at the meeting.

You are reminded that you have a right to vote on the aforementioned matters by proxy. Members who are unable to attend the meeting either in person or virtual (webinar) are requested to complete, date and sign the enclosed form of proxy, detach and return it forthwith by email or mail to Secretary, BeSpatial / urisa ontario, 15 Thornlea Road, Thornhill, Ontario  L3T 1X2.
